An exhibition that will transport you across the globe, “Focus: Laos†is a pictorial of photographers Eric Jarvis and Rick Gunn’s journey across Laos. A photojournalist with the Nevada Appeal, in 2005, Gunn embarked upon a three-year around-the-world bicycle journey; a journey that eventually took him 25,811 miles through 33 countries. Photographer Jarvis met Gunn in Laos where he re-supplied him with camera and bicycle gear, but also provided some much-needed moral support. During their three weeks together in this remote, mountainous country, the two took over 7,800 photos.

Sierra Club Event: Stonehenge Rocks! |
We'd like to send out a special thanks to the Tahoe Area Sierra Club for having us as their featured artist at this year's fundraising bash, Stonehenge Rocks.
The event was August 26 at the Tahoe Stonehenge House, a unique and beautiful setting above Sawmill Pond in South Lake Tahoe. We had a great time visiting with so many local Sierra Club supporters who turned out for this year's event.

Lake Tahoe Fine Art Festival |
Thank you to the Tahoe Arts Project for sponsoring the Lake Tahoe Festival of Fine Arts. This year's show was a great success for us and we are looking forward to exhibiting again July 10-11, 2010. See you there!

We are very excited to announce that we will be exhibiting the Tahoe Art’s Project annual show at the South Tahoe Middle School.
We have been attending this show for several years now. This is the only show in 2009 we are participating in with our gallery images and collections, so don’t miss the opportunity to visit us!
We’ll have our 10x20 foot tent space set up with several of our Tahoe nature and wildlife pieces and our entire catalogue of Jarvis Gallery Collections.

Â
New this year will be our Taylor Creek Collection and some brand new images from the North Shore of Tahoe!

If you are looking for photographic art for your home, we’ll be happy to assist you in selecting an image and framing options.
Our Renditions of Tahoe book and some of our smaller gift items will also be available to purchase at our booth.
We look forward to seeing you!
