We stopped for lunch at the Betul Beach Resort in Southern Goa, kind of a default decision to grab something when we saw the big pass ahead of us. The meal was fancy and suitably overpriced–easily triple standard rates–but the luxury of the place was most impressive. We’re glad someone is living the high life in India!
